How can I get CorporateSync icon on home screen?

After some difficulties, I was able to get my work email account setup on my X yesterday through the native Corporate Sync app. Can someone tell me how to put a link on my home screen that goes directly to the Corporate Sync email app rather than having the Motorola Messenger app? I have a shortcut for my personal POP email on the home screen, but I have to click on the Messenger app and then select Corporate Sync to get to my work email. I basically want to have an icon on my home screen that will take me directly to my Corporate Sync email account without having to go through the Motorola Messenger app first.

On your home screen select some empty space and

when the "add to home screen" window pops up select "Motorola widget"
Then chose the "Message" option. A screen will come up where you can
1- Change the widget name - This will create a new widget
2- Select the services you want. – Select only corporate sync as you want an icon that will directly take you to your work email
3- Done
