How can I change the Phone Icon for my shortcuts?

I'm not sure I understand your question. But you can use desktop visualizer or folder organizer to change your icons.

Second Icon from the left at the bottom, looks like a contacts icon or w/e. That's the icon for my "Phone" the stock UD3.2 icon is a Silver Phone icon, but doesn't match with the other colorful icons.

I haven't been able to change it for this build or the last one, it just brings that icon up and a menu. Hopefully someone has a solution, I always ended up holding the icon and changing it back to default...

So I haven't found a way to change it after loading a theme to the new icon.

I figured it out by luck... When you goto Menu > Configure > Shortcut Icon Style > Gingerbread. They are green and match with the other icons pretty well...
