How do i get the apps to just be words? is this an icon pack or is it part of a theme? How many icons are words? Love it!

Its basically a dock background image with transparent icons so all you see is the words from the background image. You do this by going to LP Appearance settings & change dock background. After you do that you have to long press any of the apps on the homescreen & change the icon to a 100% transparent icon image. I found a zip with all the necesarry images for this to work, I just edited the text to my liking. Let me see if I can find the zip or I can just upload it. Give me a few min.

Yes, that's how I got the bottom dock, but for the text icons on the screen, I found a cool icon pack and then I used Desktop Visualizer to bring them in. To get them as close as I have them, I modified the number of rows and columns via LP. This helps to bridge the gap and puts them closer together.

I'm absolutely loving this ROM by the way.
