Hotspot settings fc and hotspot wont start

I was running a bamf rom, but hotspot wouldn't work so I flashed back to stock rooted and it still wont work. Settings for hotspot fc and hotspot will not start. Any ideas?

Are you paying for tethering? Not a moral crusade, just asking because I believe that app is from Verizon and might report back your tethering usage. Since you are obviously rooted / ROM'd, I would use Wireless Tether or Barnacle Tether or another 3rd party app.

If you are paying for tethering, I would restore the phone back to factory (non rooted) and take it to Verizon since you're paying for the service.
