Home screen background pics

Does anyone know what the size of the home screen background pic is? I'd like to make some custom pics from my personal pics and I'd rather not have them stretched to fit. Thanks!

Awesome thanks! Is there a thread or is anyone making custom pics for our phones? That seemed like a big thing back when I got my Voyager. Cars, sports, chicks, designs? )

I make my own. usually just look at wallpapers for the Motorola Droid and i resize them to fit the Incredible.
