Hello I have the above listed cell phone. It has been rooted, now the problem I am having with it is that it no longer boots into the metro start up screen. It will only allow me to make phone calls or to text. I tried a hard reset (factory reset) and this is all I have access to. I am unable to get to the main screen of the cell phone. Again, I can only make calls or send SMS'.
What happened, I was using root ap delete and was disabling a few applications, the ones in question was Google play, and its affiliates. Because of the high memory usage on this particular phone. When I need it, I turn it back on, and when I am done with it I disable it. Well apparently I disabled the wrong ap. and ever since then I cannot use the phone. any way I can bypass this problem? Again already tried to reset to the factory settings. I did not delete any system files they are just disabled.. is there a rom, or back up image file for this phone? and if there is how would I go about flashing it?
