hi and oh i have a small problem

good morning all,

just back into motorola world after brief excursion into the htc universe which left me wanting to get back here, so I just got my razr and have been excited about checking out motocast, but problem installing on computer. just wondering if anyone else had this issue (need updated version 32bit java runtime enviroment). on install I get message saying I need this and when it goes to install I get a no connection message (but I do, i swear) and then nothing. might be comp issue but I thought I would check here.

I have Motocast installed and using it with a couple of Moto devices (not my Maxx tho)...but have you tried to uninstall / reinstall the Motocast software to see if that helps with the error message?

Welcome to Droid Forums! Sorry you are having an issue but definitely try out what STG suggested. Another thing you could always do is if you have access to another computer anywhere, try it on there to see if it works.
