hi all, am new to forum. i need help with 404 error message i get while on internet...i can get to pages but when i click a tab on web page takes me to a 404 error message. any ideas?

Type of computer, browser you are using, and the site you are having issues with could help narrow down some issues.

Welcome to Droid Forums. I assume you mean on your phone so as long as you have service try rebooting and see if that helps.

thanks for the welcome, and yes it is a droid razr that i get the 404 error message. i can get on a site but when i click on other tabs it redirects me to the 404 error. i tried rebooting and it did not work. any other suggestions? thanks again.

Have you tried using a different browser? I recommend Dolphin. Try that and see if you are still getting errors.

You could also try force closing the browser and wiping data and cache
