Hi all I am new to this forum as well as the moto droid. I consider myself a computer geek but find that flashing a new rom or even a new kernel for that matter is kinda kicking my butt. Are there any easy (step 1, 2, 3,) instructions pages that I can check out. Any help is much appreciated.dancedroid

If you are using an OG motodroid there should be a wealth on info here on DF for rooting and flashing your first ROM.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you with us. I would suggest you go to the Rescue Squad section there the many guides there that can help you as many of us started with the D1.
