Okay so I joined Droid forums today! Just to give everyone a little background I am actually a sprint customer care rep and while it bugs the help out of my husband... I love my job... Dream come true for any woman that loves her cell phones as much as I do. I actually get paid to help people with any issue they have and hopefully I'll be able to help more people here too. In addition to sprint I have also worked for at&t but currently have verizon services because I live in the middle of nowhere and its the only company that reaches here for smartphones really with a decent signal. But I'm always willing to share my knowledge base with others when it comes to helping resolve issues with there phones
