Before, my notification sounds wouldn't work and when I tried to access them, settings would force close.

I did the data wipe, now notifications work but I have no ringtone for calls, and when I try and access it, settings force closes. What the hell is wrong with this?

I have cleared the cache several times, rebooted, data wiped several times and more...
