Help with Unrevoked getting error

Im trying to root a dinc and am getting the error: failed. is your firmware too new? has anyone else experienced this or have a fix?

Do you have the latest version of unrevoked? Have you installed the usb driver for the android? Rooting stock 2.2 using unrEVOked 3.32
Follow this guide and it should work for you.
