Help with Ultra--need to understand

Just got a new Ultra. Tried to receive picture texts...seems I can't do it unless I'm on mobile data, my plan. Will I not be able to receive picture texts unless I use up data even if I am connected to a WiFi?

This will be very frustrating, because one of the reasons I got a phone was to save some data on my plan...

Who is your plan through? Verizon does not allow picture messages over wifi... However if you have an unlimited messaging plan MMS (picture messages) don't count against your data.

Next question: The first day facebook was fine. Now it can't connect. Any help with this?

In your app drawer go to settings, applications find Facebook and clear data for it. Reboot the phone then open the app and log back in.
