Help with photos please..

Hi everyone, galaxy S5 mobile I've been sent some photos by email and I want to save them in gallery but don't know how to. Can anyone help .

Go into the email message and click on the picture to open it. Once it's opened, click on the three little dots in the top right hand corner.

Click save or save all if there are more than one, and that will save them to your phones gallery.

Thank you I will try this later,it sounds so easy especially with the photo you've taken etc..so glad I joined .

Yes it worked its so easy when you know how. What I was doing wrong is I didn't open the photo fully so only got the options saying change labels, mark as important etc...thanks again.

Here is the deal. I cant get past the pattern lock and dont know any of his passwords to Gmail or other. Screen works fine, I just cant get around the pattern...........
