Help - what has happned to my Droid

When I try to google or go to any online site - the droid just stalls and doesn't go anywhere.

Have you rebooted your phone yet? If not, try that first. If it doesn't work go to your applications menu and clear cache and data for your browser.

The reboot didn't help so how do I clear the cache and data?

Home screen/menu/settings/applications/manage applications/all/browser/clear data and clear cache.
