help what does this mean?

When I use rom toolbox to reboot my maxx it says superuser granted for inactive shell and does same thing when boot mgr loads from a reboot it'll say same thing. What is this and what does it mean

These apps need super user (in your app drawer) to grant it permissions.. You can disable the notification pop from within the Super user app settings so they don't keep popping up after the first grant..
