I have a stock HTC Droid Incredable that has not acted right since the 2.3.4 OTA update. Recently it stopped booting all together with one of two outcomes 1) Boot Loop, 2) gets stuck on the HTC Incredable screen.
I can sucessfully connect to the phone from my pc via fastboot, but NOT ADB. I have the correct drivers installed.
The Phone information is as follows;

Incredable XD Ship S-on
Hboot-1.02.0000
MICROP-0417
Touch Panel-Atmel224_16ab
Radio-2.15.10.07.07

I have tried flashing the system.img, boot.img via fastboot without sucess. Any help would be great, I know this is an old device but one I would like to save if possible.
