HELP phone is stuck in CAPS

Hello, my droid pro is STUCK IN CAPS!!! I have tried to hit shift twice, alt twice, shift/alt together! I can't get it out. Now it looks like I am yelling at everyone I email or text! HELP PLEASE

Go to menu, settings, applications, running services and look for the keyboard. If you can find it open it and tap on clear cache (if available) then force stop the app. Open the keyboard in a text message and see if that worked. Good luck!
