help new to droid X!!!

ok so heres the problem, when i first got my phone it charged from my computer perfectly and the usb notification would be on the bar at the top, now for some reason it wont charge and the usb notification isnt there and neither is the menu where you can choose "Charge Only"

help would be greatly appreciated.

Will it charge when its plugged into the wall? Also, try rebooting then plugging into your computer. That often fixes any problems I have.

I've found that a lot of times the computer glitches and needs a reboot before it'll recognize the Droid. If that doesn't fix it but it charges fine from the wall charger using the same cable then you may have a problem. Windows 7 has a glitch in it that sometimes causes it to stop recognizing the Droid entirely until something major is done to it, sometimes even requiring a reformat/reinstall.
