Help moving an app.

I have t9 keyboard I got when it was free on amazon and don't use it because I like swype better. My wife just got a thunderbolt and didn't like the keyboard on it. I want to get t9 on her phone from my phone. I am thinking I can just put it in the computer and then move it to her sd card but I'm not sure. I don't think its wrong to give her the app since it was free and I'm just going to get rid of it anyway. Any help would be great. Thanks

Another way you could go about this is sign into your amazon account on her phone and download it from your "my apps" menu.

Much less work than digging through your phone looking for the .apk.
