HELP ME root Droid pro , and better roms for it

Hey, at first i'm sr about my poor english.

I have a Droid pro running on Stock rom 2.3.4, but there are a lot of apps that's not useful to me. So i want to change it's rom to a faster, smooth room.

Please some one help me to root my Droid pro and give me some ideas about good cook roms for it.

already exists a method to root the Droid Pro 2.3.4 :icon_ banana:
I tried it andI have my Droid with root
(Aporte) Rootear Motorola Droid Pro 2.3.4 verizon - Otros Motorola´s - Grupo Android
