lost in a liberty spinning eagle. pulled battery, same deal. what do i do? about to lose it...

holding down home and power button boots to the liberty screen, then to android system recovery.

choices: install update from sd card (file doesn't exist); reboot, system restore.

i don't want to do a system restore. any ideas?

If the phone is not going past the spinning eagle and you don't have access to clockwork recovery, your option is to SBF and start over.

i don't know how to access clockwork recovery, how specifically do i do sbf? what files do i need (where do i get them), and wouldn't the path of least resistance be to system restore, re-root, then try liberty again?

thanks for your help.

Finally: Liberty GB 0.3

what a day and a night it's been... a long and winding road, what a long, strange trip it's been... but i digress...

did the woodshedding, the trial & error, retry, etc. & got'r'done:

- sbf to 2.3.340 with rsdlite on pc (DroidModd3rX video on YT, great, had the sbf and rsd files right there)

- dl/install z4root (from dx browser)
- dl/install liberty toolbox donate from market
install bootstrap
install v 2.0.1
install gingerbread v0.1 full
install gingerbread v0.3

watching hockey throughout, who wants to be the hero in an overtime elimination game, i just kept at it.
