Help Droid razr

I have made some custom time frames for smart action. About 70, so every 5 minutes, background sync is enabled but it won't let me select any time. I would select the time frames and and click save. It won't work. I also tried to set only one time frame, but it just doesn't work. Every time I hit the save button, it would do nothing. Help please
