help copy & paste

YhelpWhen I open my email there is no way to copy & paste the message is there any softwear out there or OS there a way & U can not enlarge the email page

This just drove me nuts because I know I've done this before. In the gmail phone app I can not capture text someone sent me. However I can use the default browser and capture text on a website. If you are using web based email and there is something important you need that is one solution. If you do this often I can see it being a pain. I know I've seen folks talk about other mail apps such as k9 but I am not familiar with those.
