I have no idea. But did you try resetting your phone and try to reinstall?

Another thing you can try is going to settings/applications/manage applications/all applications/market and clear both data and cache.

go to settings --> applications --> manage applications ---> locate angry birds ---> clear cache

I laid the path out for you in my post. When you get to the Market Application then you clear the cache and the data.
