HELP, backbutton disabled in CWM

ok trying to flash Axiom 2.2, I wiped dalvik cache and did a data wipe, then format system, ....back button is now disabled, when I select "install zip from SD I get the android with the spinning thing???? :icon_eek: Need help QUICK!!!!

seriously...PUPPIES ARE DYING

my current state is "sitting at CWM menu with back button disabled" data and dalvik has been wiped, system has been reformated. What should my next move be?​

K, If this happens to anyone else...just scroll up and down in the menu and it will enable. that crap freaks me out...Oh and to top it off the ROM was a bad zip file...had to revert to a previous ROM for all of that trouble
