Hello my name is Rick everybody calls me jimmyjack..I'm a droid x owner and I'm here because this is the place to better you phone with the people that knows how to do it..WITHOUT GETTING ----- OR A VIRUS. looking to root my droidx but cant find a good z4root can somebody help me on this..

Hello and welcome to DROID forums.. I'm probably behind the times,but is the latest os version for the x rootable?? It probably is and I'm just not familiar with it

My X is 2.3.4. I don't c why not..i hope somebody can help..i went from my incredible to the X. I would like to root both if i can.. use my incredible for wifi hotspot..any help would be greatful...

I have not stayed up to date on the root process of the X - but we have a sub-forum Droid X Forum and a sister site Droid X Forum which will get ya headed in the right direction...good luck!

Welcome. As I mentioned in your other thread, z4 will not work on 2.3.4. Unfortunately I am also not up on current methods to advise further.
