Hello everybody. very excited to get help from this. Im 65 and these new phones are very tricky when you have never owned a cell phone. I own the Droid 2. Very nice and convenient but a little advanced for me.

Battery life

What is the typical battery life for a new droid 2. My phone needs a charge halfway though the day and its brand new. My son in law told me that the droid phones eat the power up fast. Is this true or should I get it looked at?

Thank you. I dont use the phone very often but he also said I may have things running and not know it. He lives in another state so I cant have him show me.
