been reading up on all these droid threads about roms & flashing, i just recently got a droid and wasnt going to use it but i've decided to try it out on metro. so i've been following some tutorials and i want to start doing it myself. i'm still not sure about some things though; like if i need to already have an account with them already or how some of the files work (NV PRL MIN MDN etc). so if anyone can point me in the right direction i'd really appreciate it

i already rooted the phone and have cyanogen on there too.
last night i started working on getting it to metro pcs using CDMA WS and HW VSP.
now what i still don't understand is if i'm supposed to already have an account with metro pcs?
i went in to a store and the guy said i needed a third party to do it for me, (i'm assuming this means getting my ESN added?) although he said he didn't really know how any of it worked.
so what should i do?
