i've read a lot of posts on this forum. finally decided to join. i'm relatively new to android and linux. had a windows box that failed in horrible fashion and used ubuntu to save my data. have since preferred linux to other OS's. i got my first android phone last year (droid x). it's been an amazing device for me. i'm grateful to all the contributors in the community that continually make android the mobile operating system of choice. right now i'm rooted running DG Lexlite Gineraid 4.2, v 4.5.588.
