The system was upgraded about 3 weeks ago by verizon.After it kept crashing then finally settled down.Then when I came home it started all over again.I did the reset factory settings 2x.Still it crashes at will.
Try clearing out your Market's app data and cache from the app manager. It should have been cleared out when you did the factory reset, but this will make doubly sure. If you're still having an issue after that try posting a thread in the Rescue Squad's Incredible section and one of the Incredible experts will try to help you out.
Update to my Droid Incredible problems.
Thank you to all of you who sent me help ideas.
After 1 1/2 hours with Verizon tech support my phone was deemed "defective"
24 hours later it has been replaced with a new Incredible phone.
Thanks to the helpful staff at Verizon.
