Hello-Droid 2 Global Owner

Hello everyone.

Former Blackberry Storm2 owner now Droid2 global owner. Still getting used to everything, and trying to find ringtones and backgrounds for the phone. Also any worth while apps. So far using the following:

WHERE
Heytell
Endomondo
scoremobile

Also is it tru you cannot remove the apps that came with the phone? Wondering bc the blockbuster,kindle,&NFSs hift I wont be using. TIA
 
welcome to the forum, glad u joined us. many former BB users, myself included. im sending a few helpful links to help u adjust. and no u can't remove bloatware such as blockbuster unless u root. there are apps that can hide them without root method but to freeze them u need to root. From the home screen hit the menu button. Then settings, then applications, then select all. From there ,by clicking on apps, u can choose which ones to uninstall. I was able to uninstall some apps such as need4speed shift and a few others that weren't useful.
