welcome to the forum! u can chg ur avatar. were u not able to upload one from the user panel? just be sure to keep the avatar clean and tactful

I wasn't able to change my avatar (uploading from a website or from my computer) and I even had the correct size and dimensions. Same goes for the signature.

Can you bring the image and save it on your desktop? And then try to upload it from there.
