No free apps? I dont think picsay pro has it, hdr is a feature used with the camera while taking picture it's not photo editing afterwards

Actually hdr is usually achieved by shooting multiple shots of a scene and bracketing using four zones and then combining them after development. Your not going to find a true hdr for your phone. Pic say pro has a filter you can apply that will immitate hdr
