HDMI Mirror - 640X480?

Hey everyone,

I have a 720p Vizio HDTV.

When I use my PS3 on the TV, it will run in 1080p (or rather, resolve the 1080p).

When I use the RAZR in mirror mode, I get a hellish looking screen that only runs in 480 and barely fills up half of the TV screen.

Is there any way that I can manually change the resolution (I have root)?

Hmmmmm...... Not sure what to tell you because my D2G doesn't support mirroring. I played with a razr at BJ's hooked up to HDMI and webtop and it displayed everything in full resolution.

Not sure, I plugged mine in to my 42" LG @ 720P and watched a few "How I Met Your Mother" via Netflix and it worked perfect.

Yeah, If I plug my phone into a true 1080p native set, I get full screen.

When I plug it into my Vizio, I get a really crappy widescreen SD picture. It makes the whole thing look like Playstation 2 Graphics.
