Hboot not Flashing Radio

I recently partioned my SD card by accident. I have since reflashed a ROM. The problem I having now is I can't flash a radio from Hboot. I am placing the file on the root of the SD card and it does not ask to zip in hboot. Any ideA on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

You are naming the radio file PG50IMG.ZIP right? Maybe a dumb question...
