HBO Go

I was thrilled to see HBO Go in the market and then crushed to have it not run on my original droid.

HBO Go said (via twitter) that is runs on Android 2.1 and higher. I'm running 2.2, so they're wrong.

Anyone have any ideas on getting this app to work on the original droid?
