Has the texting issues been resolved?

Awhile back there was a thread about some people having incomplete messages when sent out regardless if its SMS or mms.. alot of ghost texting..was there a solution to this? Me and my wife owns Razr s and she is having those problems but i'm not..could it be the phone itself or Verizon?

I never had this problem, nor have I seen it. Didn't know it was an issue.
