Yes it's only with ics so when u get it hold power button and volume down button at the same time.

Lol i know the feeling i have it for a week now so when u get if u or anyone on here have any question's don't hesitate to ask i was a soak tester for this update i lnow a few of us had some issues after install and they where very minor nothing a factory data reset or just clearing the cache of that particular app solved 90% of the soak testers problems i personally had no issues

Mine took about 15 minute's depends on how good of signal u got and if its 3g or 4g

It was already on the phone. I was playing with her phone and she got the 2nd notice that said she would be upgraded within a week. I OK'd out of that, hit Menu, Settings, About phone, Check for updates, and it was there. I had the choice to install now or install later (later is 24 hours, so don't hit THAT accidentally). I hit install now, and it proceeded to reboot and start the install (white open box, yellow arrow coming out of the box pointing to a green Android icon, and a yellow progress bar at the bottom. By 20 minutes later it was complete.

Yeah. I've been running it "for a while" too, and I also think it's great! There are a couple things I don't like about it, such as the status bar icons are too dark, and I've had my first EVER reboot while in the middle of using Tapatalk, but that could be Tapatalk not being 100% compatible with ICS.
