Hardware or Software (aka should I switch the phone)

I've started having a number of problems in the last couple of days

* Vibrate not operating, just acting like an electronic noise
* Random phone reboots
* Full lock up, phone booted to the main screen but no apps would load and phone would not dial out

I have cleared the phone data and things are running smoothly but do these sound like hardware or software problems. I know I can swap the phone but I'm reluctant to do that if I actually have a decent phone that was screwed up by some crazy apps.

Any thoughts ?

Has it crashed since you wiped it?

If not sounds like a bad app you got.

If you are getting random reboots you need to return the phone. It is a problem with some of the handsets. I returned mine and got a new one and haven't had any problems since.
