Your going to have to try extracting the parts, and using fastboot manually. It is a special version of fastboot from Motorola. The house of moto messed it up good. You may have to send to get repaired

Are you talking about mfastboot? I would like to try to do the manual fastboot commands.

Yeah use mfastboot and try flashing manually. Can't hurt at this point.

Copy the xml file from the zip on here so I can see it. From what u remember there was a line about the max download size that needed to be deleted. It's been a couple years so I'm just basing this off of memory. Letting me see it will let me know if I'm right or wrong.
