handcent SMS Picture/Video Retrieval issue

it seems as though in order to view pictures or videos i receive i have to go to the stock messaging program. It often says "handcent cannot view this message" or i get a blank inbox bubble... anyway this can be fixed so that handcent will receive the messages properly...please lend me a hand here

I'll second this, I'm also receiving blank bubbles instead of the correct picture. Is there a known fix or maybe a simple un/reinstall will do the trick?

Mine does this on occasion. I find that launching the default text app lets me view the SMS and then it appears in Handscent.

What phone are you using it on? (idk if that matters) and you have never had any issues with receiving...?
