Handcent Profile Pics not showing.

I have an HTC EVO 3D with the latest update. I installed Handcent and can not get anythimg to get the profile pics to show up. Only in Handcent do they not show. I have tried picsync, haxsync. Please somebody send me in the right.direction here.
