Handcent Privacy Box Password reset

I originally set up Handcent with a password that I have since changed both within the app on the phone and later on the Handcent website itself, but privacy box still requires the original password (which is too long for my liking)...How do I change the privacy box password? Thanks for your help...its been frustrating searching for a solution

I asked this same question a long time ago and didn't get a reply. I've never found a way to do it and even sent a message to the developers.

I realize that this post is really old, but what I did was got a root file explorer and searched for "gesture.key" once your file explorer finds that key, just delete it.
Then reopen the app and it won't be locked anymore.

I used "ES File Explorer" for my file explorer.
