Hal.dll Missing or Corrupt.

my Dell Latitude D630 is having some issues.

I'm ruinning Windows XP with SP3.

Everytime I try to boot up it gives me the error
"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:

Windows\System32\Hal.dll"

I've tried expanding the file from the XP disk in Recovery Console. But I got "Access Denied."

I've tried bootcfg /rebuild and also Fixboot.

I'm running chkdsk /r right now.

Please help!

Are you getting problem with \system32\hal.dll. file. It is really a critical situation that I have already faced. Few days back my system prompts errors regarding system32. I was unable to fix that. I search on Web and found that this is the cause of corrupted system files or due to missing dll files. I also scan my PC using powerful tool but fails to fix that. Then I repair my system files with best DLL error repair tool and solve the error in few clicks.
