several people have made very good suggestions. Whenever I have an issue with my device, especially something I do not understand, I will flash it back to factory using factory images (or Kies in your case). The best thing you can do is get back to stock. This will allow you to make sure everything work and you have a working device until you understand what you are flashing.

mr Miller6386 i can't find the efs file for gt-i9305 ok ? and when i used a rom from samsungupdates it doesn't work i think because of the region or something

What region are you in? I believe on the site I listed there is a walk through on how to find your region code.
