Real quick, is there a place with all the gummyjar addons listed in one place? I see the swype addon but I can't seem to find anything else.

Alot of the fission add ons can be used with Gummy. I have the fission blur alarm clock and camera apps. Fission add ons aren't crazy special. He did put work in to them but most of them can be used on other ROM's.

Agreed. I have the black market, moto multimedia suite, and the Droid X animation all installed while using the Gummy ROM. Just download them from the Fission ROM Manager and boot into recovery and install the zips (I think you can install them without going through recovery, but I have no idea how to do that).
