Gtalk Video Chat makes the phone scorching hot

I hadn't had this happen in the few times I had briefly used it, but today after chatting for about 5 minutes on 3G the back bottom of my phone got extremely hot.

Anyone else had this happen?

I assume b/c the radio is constantly being fed power. Power = heat. The same thing will happen with extended internet and calls over 3g.
