I have recently given up my Blackberry for a Droid Pro. I am much happier with my Droid but am wondering if I should have gotten the Droid 2 or Droid X instead.

Coming from a BB I think the Pro will suit you just fine--assuming you are used to a physical keyboard so if you really don't like it, check out the Droid 2 (only global version avail anymore?) Me personally, I was very tempted by the Dx but couldn't get over touchscreen only... I know someday that's probably all we'll have but maybe I just like to have options.

Thanks for your response. The physical keyboard is the reason why I didn't go with the X. I still have time to exchange my Pro for a D2 so I might just back and check it out.

I think the X is great but little to bulky for my small hand. but with D2 u basically get best of both world. if u still have time, definitely give the others a try. I was happy with my D2G so I never exchanged. good luck and happy hunting

This was my thinking on it it. I'm not a total old man I TRY to use the touchscreen, but it's just nice to be able to slide open and blast out a longer msg when you need to.

Quality wise, I would think the Pro and D2G are on the same playing field...
