Set frequency to med. Voltage and keep the 1000 Max, use the profiles and set em so that as your battery dies your CPU slightly lowers with it, and use the smartass governor. Keep your backlight as dim as you can handle, stretch your wifi scan out to like 120, and if you've flashed a new rom recently, wipe battery stats- there's a procedure to it, look it up. You can also set a shortcut to your sync settings so you can enable/disable background data. And lastly, don't use your phone as much!
